A bold cocktail blending rich espresso, pumpkin spice, and Tennessee-crafted tequila warmth

As the air turns crisp and pumpkins make their annual debut, there’s no better time to stir up something seasonal—and soulful. Enter the Pumpkin Espresso Martini, crafted with Southbound Tequila, the Tennessee-born spirit redefining what tequila can be.
Founded by Ivey Childers, the visionary who once sweetened Nashville with IveyCake, Southbound was built on intention, authenticity, and a love for craft—qualities that shine in every pour. Where celebrity brands chase hype, Southbound celebrates heritage and heart, blending blue agave and Tennessee roots into something truly unique.
This cocktail captures that same spirit: rich espresso, velvety pumpkin spice, and a bold kick of tequila that’s as smooth as it is unexpected. It’s the perfect fall indulgence—equal parts warmth, wonder, and Southbound soul.

Ingredients:
2 ounces Southbound Tequila Reposado (1.5 ounces for lighter cocktail)
2 ounces Somrus Coffee Cream Liqueur
2 ounces dark espresso
I ounce pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker
Strain into a cocktail glass through an ultra fine mesh strainer, using a bar spoon to help guide the liquid through
Top of sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, a cinnamon stick, and 3 espresso beans
Sip slow, breathe deep, and let Southbound’s soulful kick carry you into the coziest corner of fall. This cocktail is a reminder that tradition and creativity make the best pairings—especially when tequila’s invited.
