Christiana Roussel is Features Editor for Palomino County and an award-winning food, travel and lifestyle writer based in Birmingham, Alabama. Her work has appeared in regional and national publications including Garden & Gun, Covey Rise, Good Grit, Shooting Sportsman, The Local Palate, Veranda, Flower Magazine, and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, among others. She is a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier and serves on the Industry Advisory Board for Auburn University’s Horst Schulze School of Hospitality Management.
