A simple grill recipe that turns ripe peaches into dessert magic

Possibly the next best way to savor the intense flavor of Pearson Farm's Georgia-grown peaches is straight off the grill, with this recipe by Pearson Farm. Make it an occasion with a decadent sweetened Mascarpone cheese dollop and a crunchy addition of Pearson Farm pecans sweetened with maple syrup.

Cook time: 5–7 minutes
Servings: 4-6
ingredients
2 cups of Mascarpone cheese
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Olive Oil
Pearson Farm Signature Maple Crumbles (chopped pecans or sliced almonds may be substituted)
Honey (for drizzling)
directions
Beat whipping cream at medium speed until stiff peaks form.
Mix Mascarpone cheese, whipping cream, and vanilla extract together.
Refrigerate while peaches are being grilled.
Cut peach in half and remove seed.
Brush inside of peach with olive oil and place flesh-side down on grill.
Medium heat is best for grilling peaches.
Grill uncovered for about 5 minutes.
Remove peaches from grill and place one half flesh-side up on serving plate.
Top with your preferred amount of mascarpone cream mixture.
Drizzle with honey.
Sprinkle Pearson Farm Signature Maple Crumbles on top.
